Uvita Sup (stand up paddle) & Surf school is located just next to Marino Ballena National Park near Uvita, Dominical and Ojochal Bahia  Ballena in the Costa Rican state of Puntarenas.  Uvita is a small, authentic Costa Rican town, home to amazing surf breaks and beautiful places for Stand Up Paddling near the Osa Peninsula of Costa Rica.

Whether you are a beginner, intermediate, or advanced surfer, we are the right choice for you.  Our surf school provides surf lessons, Stand up paddle tours & all inclusive SUP/surf camps. We offer overnight packages, lots of amenities, and the best connection between surfing, stand up paddle boarding, community service, adventure an much more in Costa Rica.  If you want to tailor a custom package, just let us know and we will work with you to create the surfing or SUPing experience you’ve always imagined.

• Surf lessons are held at beautiful Colonia Beach in the Marino Ballena National Park near Uvita Dominical and Ojochal. With its sandy bottom and smooth, perfectly shaped waves, Colonia Beach is the ideal location to learn how to surf or progress to the next level.
• SUP   Tours are provided also in the National Park and Surrounding areas like Terraba/Sierpe Mangroves, Ballena Island between others.
• Uvita Sup & Surf  instructors will guide you, providing the highest quality Stand up paddling tours and surf lessons in Costa Rica. We use proven techniques that are designed for quick learning as well as fun and safety. Our instructors are certified by the International Surfing Association (ISA) and also Certified Lifeguards by The Lifeguards National Association of Costa Rica.
• Uvita SUP & surf School is the leading  company offering Surfing, SUPing, community service and Adventure to all kind of youth groups like high schools, colleges, universities, summer teen programs and spring break corporate companies.  Working together with Costa Rican national parks and schools we foster an affirmative atmosphere of community development, community service, and cultural exchange, all built around days of fun and surfing.
